We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead, especially in September and October around the Singapore Grand Prix and during the year-end D&D season. Last-minute requests are subject to availability.

How much space and power do I need?

A single rig needs roughly 1.2m x 2m of floor space and a standard 13A power socket. A 3-screen setup needs about 2.5m x 2.5m.

Can I brand the simulator with my company logo or product theme?

Yes. We offer full wrap, base wrap, and back-of-seat branding options. Send your logo or campaign art at least 7 working days before the event.

How many players can race together?

Up to 10 players can race head-to-head with multiple linked rigs. Most corporate events run 2 to 4 rigs to balance queue length and impact.

Is the simulator suitable for all ages?

Rigs suit guests aged 8 and above. For ages 4-7 we offer arcade-style racing machines like Mario Kart. Motion seats have weight and height parameters, briefed at setup.

Do you deliver outside the city centre?

We deliver islandwide across Singapore, including Sentosa, JTC corporate parks, MICE venues, schools and hotels.

What's included in the rental?

Simulator rig(s), delivery, full setup, on-site attendant (premium rigs), branding application if booked, tear-down and collection. Public liability insurance included.

We set up 2-10 linked rigs at your venue, run head-to-head heats through the session, and keep a projected leaderboard running so every department can track their fastest driver. Formats we run regularly: Time Attack - everyone gets 3 laps, fastest lap wins. Works for 20-200 pax with a rotating queue. Department GP - teams of 4-6 race relay-style; combined times decide the podium. The best format for D&Ds and family days. Knockout Bracket - 1v1 elimination heats to a grand final. Maximum drama for smaller groups. We handle everything: delivery, setup, an attendant to run the heats, and a podium-worthy results board at the end. Add trophies or branded prizes on request.
