Yes. A standard play mat is included with every package. The mat is laid inside the enclosure to give babies and toddlers a clean, cushioned floor to sit, crawl and play on. Custom-sized mats can be arranged for bespoke packages.

How much space does the soft play set need?

The Basic and Deluxe packages need approximately 3×3m of clear floor space; the Premium package needs approximately 4×4m. Please clear the area of furniture before our team arrives. Air-conditioned indoor venues work best in Singapore's climate, though sheltered outdoor areas are also fine.

What age group is soft play suitable for?

Soft play is designed for toddlers aged approximately 1–5 years old, with supervised play possible from 6 months. The padded blocks, tunnels and slides are sized for safe exploration at this stage. Older children should stay outside the enclosure to avoid collisions with little ones.

Can we customise the soft play set?
