Eventguru's claw machine rental starts from $550 for the first day, inclusive of delivery, setup, teardown, and complimentary capsule balls. Subsequent day rates are $100/day. Weekly rates start from $999 and monthly rates from $1,800. Custom bundle pricing is available for multi-machine or long-term rentals.

What types of claw machines are available for rent in Singapore?

Eventguru offers four claw machine types: LED Claw Machine (78×56×185cm), Premium Claw Machine (65×71×193cm), Transparent Glass Claw Machine (80×100×200cm), and Glowing LED Claw Machine (80×70×190cm). All include delivery, setup, and teardown.

Can I customise the claw machine with my company branding?

Yes. Eventguru offers full sticker branding wraps (print and installation included) from $250. Simply provide your artwork in AI or PDF format and our team handles the rest. Custom capsule ball sticker printing is also available.

What prizes can I put in the claw machine?

The machines accept soft toys, capsule balls (100mm), small branded merchandise, redemption tickets, mystery boxes, and similar items. Complimentary 100mm capsule balls are included on loan with every rental.

How much space and power does a claw machine require?

Machines require approximately 1m x 1m of floor space, with the tallest model reaching 200cm in height. Each machine requires one standard 13-amp powerpoint. No special electrical setup is needed.

Do you deliver and set up the claw machine?

Yes. Every rental includes delivery to your venue, full on-site setup, and teardown and collection after your event. A $100 surcharge applies for setup before 9am or teardown after 6pm. A $50 surcharge applies for Sentosa Island, Tuas, Changi, or Jurong Island.

Can the claw machine be set to free-play mode?

Yes. All machines can be set to free-play mode (no coin required) or token mode. Claw strength can also be adjusted to control prize win rates and manage your prize budget.

How far in advance should I book a claw machine rental?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred machine and event date, especially during school holidays, National Day, and year-end corporate events. Contact us early to check availability.
