How much does gashapon machine rental cost in Singapore?

Rates start from $300 per day depending on machine type. All rates include delivery, setup, complimentary capsule balls, and teardown. Contact us for bundle pricing on 2 or more machines.

Does the rental include delivery and setup?

Yes. All rentals include island-wide delivery to your venue, full on-site setup and testing, and post-event teardown and collection. A $50 surcharge applies for Sentosa, Tuas, Changi, and Jurong Island.

Do capsule balls come included?

Yes. We provide complimentary 100mm capsule balls on loan for all gashapon rentals, to be returned at the end of the event. You can also fill the machine with your own branded merchandise, gifts, vouchers, or prizes.

Can I brand the gashapon machine with my company logo?

Absolutely. We offer full custom branding wraps (print and installation) for all machines from $200. Custom tokens and branded capsule sourcing are also available. Allow 5–7 working days for production - book early.

What types of gashapon machines are available for rental?

We have 6 types: Cylinder, Jumbo, LED, Double Stack, Table Top, and Tabletop Mini. Each suits different event sizes and spaces. Tell us your venue and guest count and we'll recommend the best fit.

Is the gashapon machine safe for children?

Yes. All machines are serviced, cleaned, and tested before every event. Our standard 100mm capsule balls are suitable for children aged 3 and above. Most of the machines require no electricity to dispense - guests turn a manual knob.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2 - 4 weeks in advance, especially during peak periods such as National Day, year-end, and school holidays. For custom branding, allow an additional 5 - 7 working days for artwork production.
